Job Summary
National Accounts Manager responsible for servicing existing accounts, acquiring new accounts, and developing a nationwide sales strategy for advanced wound care products. Role requires travel up to ~80% with regular visits to the Wisconsin corporate office, attendance at tradeshows and conferences, and leading joint company-strategic account planning. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of sales experience, strong analytical and financial-modeling capabilities, project management, and proficiency with MS Office. Must have a valid US driver’s license and exemplary communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills to drive revenue and exceed goals. Compensation includes base salary in the $120k–$140k range plus commission and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of strong sales experience
- Valid US driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to ~80% (weekly)
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of Financial Business Models and analysis
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency
- Ability to communicate clinical information and evidence-based opinions clearly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with tact and diplomacy
