Job Summary
Oversee national accounts and distributors and develop/execute growth strategies for Master Fluid Solutions product lines in alignment with corporate goals. Collaborate with Marketing to provide local analysis and branding implementation; build ATL relationships at Corporate HQ and participate in relevant tradeshows to expand footprint. Drive year-over-year sales growth, achieve monthly/yearly accounts won targets, initiate new opportunities into the sales funnel, and manage related budgets to meet sales, gross margin, and operating income goals. Coordinate with IMRs, DSMs, SEs, and onsite locations to support sales initiatives and four core focus areas across the sales team.
