National Accounts Manager

Lead field sales and account management by conducting face-to-face sales to new customers and managing interactions with existing accounts to identify cross-up and repeat opportunities. Assess customer needs, suggest appropriate solutions, and develop medium to long-term sales plans to protect and grow relationships. Prepare bids, proposals, and product demonstrations while directing the work of two or more direct reports. Monitor operational and financial results, manage hiring and training, and adapt departmental plans to meet short-term challenges. Interpret policies, administer schedules and performance requirements, and resolve technical problems with internal and external representatives.
