Job Summary
Lead national accounts across North America by developing and executing sales strategies for key national retailers. Partner with the Director of Sales to drive omni-channel growth, own KPIs and forecasting, manage budgets and retailer programs, and build influential relationships with retail decision-makers. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver profitable sales and marketing solutions, analyze market trends and competitive insights to inform strategy, and support product development through customer insights. Travel domestically and internationally to support customers, review products, and conduct factory visits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of national account experience in outdoor living, lawn & garden, or related categories
- Proven success in business development and data-driven, consultative selling
- Experience with mass retail, club, sporting, or farm & fleet channels
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
