Job Summary
Establish and maintain customer relationships at all levels, including the C-suite, while utilizing District Sales Managers to maximize potential within Strategic accounts. Develop effective customer relations to ensure satisfaction, promote needs awareness, and increase account penetration by aligning with customer equipment roadmaps. Coordinate resources across industry channels and service lines to assist with leading business development efforts in an aggressive and competitive manner. Conduct group presentations to include decision makers on solutions and maintain variety of contacts to exchange information on sales goals, product availability, and order status. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of customer relations experience, and willingness to travel 50%. Total target compensation ranges from $225,000 to $245,000.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of customer relations experience
- Skills in overcoming entrenched competitors and building exclusive or preferred supplier relationships
- Attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritizes tasks
- Ability to demonstrates strong technical competence and executive-level business acumen
- Exceptional follow up and follow through on various customer communications
- Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills with a highly strategic perspective to best position SNC
- Ability to create and present technical demonstrations proficiently to showcase the features and benefits of SNC products
