National Accounts Coordinator

Job Summary
National Accounts Coordinator at Quirch Foods will serve as the liaison between national account customers and internal departments (sales, logistics, customer service). You will manage order entry, tracking, and fulfillment to ensure timely, accurate delivery; maintain pricing, product specifications, promotions, and customer records; coordinate with supply chain and operations to monitor inventory and address issues; assist in preparing reports, sales data analysis, and performance metrics for key accounts; resolve customer inquiries to maintain high satisfaction; and support national account managers with administrative tasks, meeting prep, and project coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or account coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; ERP systems a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
