Job Summary
Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to drive premium growth and maximize retention among accounts with over 5,000 lives. Lead renewal strategies, analyze customer data and claim trends, and collaborate across Sales, Underwriting, Benefits, and Consulting to deliver tailored solutions. Take charge of root cause analysis, customer metrics, and strategic account planning while helping drive finalist meetings to secure business. Develop and execute innovative strategies to expand your account block, acting as a subject matter expert on tools, resources, and inforce capabilities. Own customer relationships throughout their entire lifecycle, leveraging analytical insights to enhance claims service, improve results, and boost satisfaction and retention. Manage logistics for impactful sales presentations and keep internal documentation up to date to foster strong business relationships at every organizational level.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' of demonstrated relationship management experience in the group insurance, benefits field
- Life and Disability insurance license for all states within the office's assigned territory
- Drug-free work environment compliance
- Bondable status
- Criminal background investigation eligibility
- Education and licensing verification eligibility

- FLMI, CPDM and/or CEBS professional licensure or certification
