National Accounts Associate

Job Summary
Provide day-to-day administrative and client support to the National Accounts Executive Manager, serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams. Assist in gathering essential documentation from clients, including signed authorization forms, property financials, and other supporting materials. Respond to client inquiries related to hearing schedules, results, invoices, concerns, and refund checks. This full-time, in-office role requires strong phone and written communication skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior experience in real estate, property tax consulting, legal, or financial services is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience
- Experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative roles (preferably in an office environment)
- Strong phone and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Desired Qualifications
- College degree preferred but not required
- Prior experience in real estate, property tax consulting, legal, or financial services is a plus
