Job Summary

National Account Sales Manager (Nashville, TN area) will build and grow relationships with multi-site end-user customers and significant distributors in the national account space within the End User Vertical Channel. Key duties include identifying opportunities to increase sales, providing product training to distributors and end-users, ensuring data accuracy for National Account customers in internal systems, developing long-term relationships with specifiers, customers, and design-build contractors, analyzing sales trends for accurate quotes and pricing, and ensuring pricing/availability in internal systems. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field, 5+ years of national accounts experience in the lighting industry, strong communication skills, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to travel ~50%+. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor�s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Lighting industry experience and knowledge of lighting products
  • 5+ years of experience managing accounts; management of national accounts preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in CRM tools
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Comfortable with heavy travel (~50+%) to various markets to manage National Account customers
