Job Summary
National Account Sales Manager responsible for proactively targeting CLARK national accounts to drive direct B2B sales. Owns pipeline from prospecting to close, collaborates with inside sales, leads demos and on-site surveys, and travels across North America to present equipment solutions to C-SUITE clients. Builds strong cross-department relationships to deliver equipment, service, and favorable terms, and manages CRM data, documentation, and coordination with the dealer network and trade-show participation. Requires heavy outbound prospecting, ability to communicate complex industrial equipment specifications to executives, experience in finance/leasing terminology, strong time-management, and a proven track record of closing national/major accounts. Must be able to travel frequently and work with Salesforce/CRM tools; seeks a self-motivated individual with superior organizational and customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience in high volume sales, preferably in the Material Handling Industry
- Proven track record in national/account major sales and market penetration
- Experience marketing products to C-SUITE clients
- Ability to understand and educate customers on complex industrial equipment specifications
- Strong time management and ability to implement a call plan
- Knowledge of finance and equipment leasing terminology
- Willingness to travel across North America
- Proficiency with Salesforce or CRM software
- Strong closing ability
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
