Job Summary

National Account Manager for Sephora US based in the San Francisco Bay Area (remote role). Owns Sephora US relationship, leads commercial negotiations across assortments, launches, and promotional calendars; analyzes retail KPIs and develops action plans; builds account strategies for in-store and online channels; collaborates with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product to execute launches and campaigns; manages forecasting, sell-through analysis, and inventory planning; monitors market trends to identify growth opportunities in the US market; supports broader retail expansion initiatives and has 8–10+ years in national/account management within beauty/skincare. Must be based in SF Bay Area and authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Required Qualifications

  • 8 to 10+ years in national/account management or related retail/beauty roles
  • experience with major beauty retailers (ideally Sephora)
  • strong commercial and strategic mindset with experience in negotiating assortments and promotional calendars
  • solid understanding of retail KPIs, forecasting, sales planning, and performance management
  • cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
  • excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work across time zones with Berlin HQ
  • authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
