Job Summary
The National Account Manager is responsible for cultivating relationships and improving the revenue and profitability of existing and new National Accounts, specifically within the Grainger program. Key responsibilities include establishing senior-level relationships, managing revenue forecasts, developing customer strategies, leading a team, managing margin and revenue growth, and participating in meetings and trade shows. The position requires skills in strategic account management, public speaking, team leadership, and proficiency in tools like PowerPoint and Excel. A Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of related experience are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four or 5-year college or university
- Four to seven years related experience and/or training
