Job Summary
National Account Manager role driving performance across major retail accounts for Total Beauty Network's beauty brands. Focus areas include selling-through optimization, execution of promotional plans, clearance of aged/excess stock, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain and finance. Responsibilities include supporting forecasting, pricing and promotional planning, and leveraging data and insights to improve outcomes. The role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with a high-impact, fast-paced trading environment. Requires a commercially minded operator with experience in FMCG/retail/beauty account management, and a proven ability to drive in-market activity and commercial opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in account management within FMCG, retail, or beauty
- Experience working with major retailers / big box environments
- Strong commercial instincts and problem-solving ability
- A track record of driving sales and executing in-market activity
- Confidence working with data, forecasting, and promotions
