Job Summary
National Account Manager responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of key accounts, leading category insights and strategic design to grow retailer categories, and delivering best-in-class sales and profitability. You will develop annual sales quotas and profit plans, lead cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations, and build retailer-specific presentations (Line Reviews, Programs). The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, price optimization, CRM-driven pipeline management, and proactive RFP/BOM support to maximize product availability and revenue across channels. You will cultivate executive-level relationships (Buyer, VP level) and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives, new product execution, and cross-functional partnerships to strengthen siffron’s market position in retail merchandising.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in national or strategic account management
- Ability to develop and execute category-driven strategies for large accounts
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level engagements (VPs, buyers)
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales analyses
- Experience in building and managing annual sales quotas and profit plans
- Collaborative cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Ability to build retailer-specific programs, RFP support, and BOM creation
- Strong relationship-building with senior stakeholders within customer organizations
