Job Summary
National Account Manager for Lowe’s Pro focused on national retail partnerships. Lead account planning and growth for pressure-treated wood products (ProWood) and related categories, manage executive-level relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to align retail requirements with UFP’s capabilities. Drive revenue, profitability, and market share through strategic account plans, new product/program launches, merchandising initiatives, and proactive issue resolution. Requires strong communication, retail market knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel for account meetings and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of customer-facing sales or account management experience, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or building materials.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Manufacturing and UFP product line experience preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience selling to national retail accounts
- Knowledge of building materials, pressure-treated wood, ProWood distribution items
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel as needed for account meetings and industry events
