Job Summary
National Account Manager — Broker & Distributor Channel responsible for recruiting, managing, and growing Klosterman’s broker network and distributor relationships to drive authorizations, velocity, and program growth across foodservice, grocery, convenience, and specialty channels. Key focus includes owning a national distributor pipeline (134 targets, 55 critical/high targets), broker network leadership, structured multi-touch outreach to identify buyers, driving product placement on menus and retail shelves, cross-functional collaboration with marketing, R&D, operations, and supply chain, and representing the company at industry shows. Requires senior-level experience in selling frozen bakery into distribution, CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), and 50–60% national travel; remote-based with proximity to a major hub airport preferred to support extensive travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field required
- 7+ years foodservice / CPG sales; 3–5+ years managing broker networks or selling into broadline / grocery distribution nationally
