Job Summary
National Account Manager/Key Account Manager (Toronto, ON) leads business development and management for an existing national account, building brand sales through new product launches, high-impact merchandising, and major advertising support. Responsibilities include developing and implementing annual promotional calendars, analyzing sell-through and providing account reviews, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver store-level execution, managing a P&L and trade spend, and delivering data-driven presentations. Requires strong CRM/relationship management, strategic planning, and proficiency with Excel and Nielsen data; experience with category management and Walmart is a plus. The role offers up to 50% remote work under Coty’s omni-working policy and requires a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in national accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experienced in customer relationship management and business development with national accounts
- Strong track record of exceeding goals/objectives and developing accounts
- Developed account administrator; must be self-sufficient, able to prepare, develop and execute initiatives for all levels of account management
- Demonstrated analytical ability, proficient in MS Excel and Nielsen
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills; advanced in MS Word and PowerPoint
- High sense of urgency; ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work well under pressure and within tight timelines
- Category Management experience an asset, specifically with Walmart
