Own and grow national retail accounts across the UK and internationally by developing strategic account plans, negotiating contracts and terms, coordinating product launches and marketing campaigns, and providing regular performance insights. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager or similar role in the beauty or FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of retail account management and sales strategies
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
- Proactive, target-driven, and highly organized with excellent project management skills
- Comfortable with regular travel across the UK
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
