Job Summary
Plans and directs the National Accounts sales team operations to achieve national account sales and profit objectives; identifies and secures new business opportunities within Tractor Supply; provides superior sales and customer support; manages the activities of other account managers or field service employees; forecasts sales quotas and plans; analyzes POS data for item optimization; conducts quarterly business reviews, line reviews, and annual business planning; develops multi-year sales strategies, collaborates with marketing on promotional programs and plan-o-grams, coordinates with field service and account teams, and travels across North America to support growth and customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA and 5-7 years of experience in big box retail environment
- Bachelor's degree
