Job Summary
National Account Manager in Auckland, New Zealand responsible for leading customer strategy and executing sales plans across Hasbro's Fan, Specialty, and Grocery channels. Collaborates with marketing, shopper insights, field merchandising, demand planning and finance to achieve 3-year growth objectives and 1-year financial targets, with a focus on building Joint Business Plans, delivering forecast accuracy, and maximizing trade spend to drive sustainable growth with key retail partners. Requires 3+ years of commercial account management experience in Specialty or Grocery, preferably in Toy & Games, GM, or FMCG, plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and strong analytical skills to leverage shopper insights and ROI metrics.
