Job Summary
As a National Accounts Manager, you will manage a portfolio of National customer accounts to meet sales, margin, and profit targets. Responsibilities include defining and executing visionary approach plans for targeted accounts, growing company turnover, maintaining relationships with targeted accounts, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring timely payment of customer debts. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in National Account management, a strong sales development track record, and financial acumen.
Required Qualifications
- Considerable experience in a National Account position
- Strong proven track record in sales development with major targeted accounts
- Ability to define approach plans for targets
- Sound financial awareness of sales, margin, costs, and P&Ls
- Ability to lead negotiations on price and trading terms
- Ability to work at various levels within targeted accounts
Desired Qualifications
- Strong working experience of design and colour/affinity with creative businesses
- Experience in the clothing or home fashion sectors or creative agencies
- Competent computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
