Job Summary
Develop eCommerce strategy for Pfister Plumbing Retail.com accounts (e.g., HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, Menards.com) and drive online growth through on-site investments, content leadership, and promotions. Lead strategic account planning, forecasting, demand planning, and profitability initiatives; set annual quota and profit plan, conduct business reviews with retailers, and collaborate with marketing and digital teams to align SEO, content health, paid media, and omni-channel initiatives. Act as primary eCommerce liaison across assigned retail accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, budget oversight, and cross-functional alignment. Requires Bachelor's degree, 3-6 years of eCommerce experience, travel about 30%, and strong communication and negotiating skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Minimum 3-6 years prior eCommerce experience
- Experience with eCommerce focused retail merchants or as a channel account manager (HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, Amazon, Walmart)
- Travel approximately 30%
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
