Job Summary
National Account Manager responsible for developing and managing national account relationships across commercial and industrial markets, serving as the primary contact for key clients and strategic partners, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with operations, service, estimating, and production teams, preparing proposals and service agreements, coordinating national roofing service programs, and travel to client sites and industry events. Requires 5+ years in commercial roofing, strong client-relations and communication skills, proficiency in CRM and proposal management, and willingness to travel. This role emphasizes strategic account growth, customer retention, and delivering exceptional client experiences across multiple markets.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, construction, or building envelope industry
- Previous experience in national accounts, business development, sales, or account management
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and services
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and proposal management
- Willingness to travel as needed
