Job Summary
National Account Manager & Category Insights role-based at Nestlé Ireland in Dublin (hybrid). Responsible for leading National Account Management and Category Management, developing and negotiating Joint Business Plans with Wholesale, Convenience and Medical Wholesale customers, and delivering revenue, profitability and market-share growth. You will own customer and category P&L performance, lead category insights and reporting using data sources (EPOS, Nielsen, CIM, Dunnhumby, SRM), drive MBP/data-driven scenario planning, and advance cross-functional alignment. Key activities include Customer Strategy & Planning, end-to-end Commercial Delivery, promotional strategy and ROI tracking, and development of opportunities across pharmacy, wholesale and convenience, with a strong emphasis on data translation into actionable insights and senior stakeholder leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Sales experience in FMCG
- Experience in national account management or category management
- P&L responsibility
- Strong negotiation skills
- Data-driven with ability to translate data into insights
- Experience with category management and shopper insights
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding of promotional planning and trade spend
- Customer leadership and stakeholder management
- Ability to develop and negotiate Customer Business Plans (CBPs/JBPs)
- Fluency in Irish market dynamics or UK&I market familiarity preferred
