Job Summary
National Account Manager, C-Store West, remote US-based. Responsible for driving sales growth in the C-store channel, managing key customer relationships (e.g., 7-Eleven, Casey’s, Quick Trip, McLane), and executing commercial strategies. Develop and execute customer-specific business plans, build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and broker partners, expand distribution, improve assortment, and enhance in-store execution. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Category Leadership, and Supply Chain to ensure successful program execution; analyze sales performance and market data to identify risks and opportunities; support route-to-market execution; lead customer presentations and promotional planning; manage trade spend and promotional investments; monitor competitive activity; contribute to new item launches and customer adoption; provide regular KPI updates to sales leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of food sales or CPG experience
- Experience with brokers, distributors, and key national or regional accounts
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communicator with presentation skills
