National Account Executive

Job Summary
National Account Executive will manage full-cycle sales for national accounts across the country, developing and expanding long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth through multiple promotional channels. Responsibilities include preparing estimates and bids, analyzing blueprints and specifications to support time, cost, materials and labor estimates, consulting with customers and subcontractors, tracking sales activity and KPIs, staying current on industry trends, and collaborating with field and administrative teams. Requires strong math/geometry skills, excellent communication, and at least two years of outside sales experience, with 60% travel. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Five years sales experience in a construction environment or to the facilities/operations market is a plus
- National Sales experience is a plus
- Must have at least two years of outside sales experience
- Must demonstrate competency in interpreting and applying complex estimating guidelines
- Knowledgeable in and proven abilities with estimating in a paving, landscaping or construction type environment viewed as a plus
- Excellent math and geometry skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 60% Travel
