Job Summary
Programmatic Account Executive to drive premium programmatic ad sales (PMP/PG) for USA TODAY Co. across 200+ owned-and-operated pubs, collaborating with National, Enterprise, and Local Sellers; responsibilities include leading client meetings, renewals, and upsell opportunities, building relationships with programmatic decision makers, and representing USA TODAY Co. at industry events; requires 2+ years in programmatic sales, knowledge of programmatic ecosystem (DSPs/SSPs/Data Providers/ATDs), experience selling publisher-focused display/video/native solutions is a plus, and BS/BA or equivalent experience.

- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years programmatic sales experience
- Strong relationships across brands, agencies, and DSPs
- Hands-on experience selling PMP/PG programmatic solutions
- Knowledge of Programmatic Ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, Data Providers, ATDs)
- Experience selling publisher-focused display, video, or native solutions is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with leadership by example
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
