Job Summary
Drive growth and unlock national and regional opportunities in the consumer products division as a National Account Executive. Lead ongoing management of assigned consumer accounts, prospect for new business, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on expectations and delivery of negotiated outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels of customer organizations, deliver product training, and participate in industry events. Leverage market intelligence, competitive analysis, and a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets; travel in-territory with up to 30% overnight travel and use of personal vehicle with a generous car allowance. Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive experience in national-level sales and account management
- Post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
- Experience in battery/manufacturing/automotive/industrial sectors is a strong asset
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to deliver compelling presentations to senior leaders
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce a major asset) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven relationship-building skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to respond to changing market conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
