Job Summary
Drive profitable share growth across assigned accounts and expand the New Business portfolio for Gallo across beer, wine, and spirits. Build key customer relationships with distributors and cross-functional teams, translate market insights into actionable initiatives, and develop tailored selling strategies for traditional retail and e-commerce. In-market evaluation and collaboration to optimize results, with travel up to 50% and potential liquor licensing requirements; role based in Dallas, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of Gallo Sales, Gallo Affiliated or Non-affiliated Distributor sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of CPG sales/account management, retail sales/account management, or corporate business development reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of Gallo sales, Gallo Affiliated or Non-affiliated Distributor Sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of CPG sales/account management, retail sales/account management, or corporate business development reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Required to obtain Liquor License as required by state/locality.
- Required to travel by air and automobile up to 50% during the course of business.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
