The National Account Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Sales Team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of sample shipments across the U.S. and internationally. This includes managing logistics, verifying product quality, and coordinating shipping and receiving processes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of logistics supply chain side administration
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Warehouse or logistics experience
- WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience
- WMS inventory tool knowledge
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
