Job Summary
As a Team Member at Applegreen US’s Allentown Travel Plaza, you will provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly clean & stock the store, process accurate payment transactions at the POS, and assist in preparing and serving quality food. You will also perform various duties to meet customers’ needs, maintain brand standards and food safety, and actively cross-sell/up-sell products. This role supports both part-time and full-time schedules, with flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and may be seasonal depending on business volume.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to speak, read and comprehend instructions
- Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds
- Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
