Job Summary
Run your mortgage business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage, managing loan products for all borrower types while leveraging strong referral relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners. Maintain a client database for marketing and aim to close 3-5 units monthly. You can add additional Loan Officers to your team or operate as an individual LO, with administrative, operational, and compliance support provided by Corporate. Uncapped commissions are available for this self-directed role.
Required Qualifications
- An active NMLS/MLO license
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information
- Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in relevant software and tools
Desired Qualifications
- Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
- History of closing at least 3-5 units per month
