Job Summary
First Narratives Lead at Pulley, responsible for defining and fortifying Pulley's storytelling across company narratives, decks, and media. Own the messaging spine, craft long-form essays and founder POV pieces, develop storytelling frameworks and a living library of case studies, and direct multimedia storytelling including podcasts and video. Lead the creation of assets such as the primary company deck, one-pagers, scripts, and web narratives, while setting the editorial standard and voice. Collaborate with founders and GTM/Product/Ops to distill truths into clear narratives. Bring strong writing, intellectual curiosity, non-traditional background, and proactive presence beyond LinkedIn; ability to translate complex, technical problems into compelling narratives. Nice-to-have experience in B2B, infrastructure, real estate, construction, govtech, or startup environments; experience building an early-stage function; comfort with podcast direction and multimedia concepts; a sense of humor.
