Job Summary
Conduct structured video interviews with business partners and clients to uncover their personal stories and professional backgrounds. Transform these conversations into polished narrative letters and draft refined resumes that maintain each partner's unique voice. Proofread daily documents for grammar, clarity, and tone consistency while collaborating closely with the Project Manager to meet deadlines. This part-time role offers 5–10 hours weekly with pay per completed project, including a 30-day probation period before full rates apply. You will work within a small, supportive team at a business incubator dedicated to helping real estate agents and small business owners grow.
Required Qualifications
- Write clean, engaging English
- Can shift tone from formal (resumes) to warm and personal (story letters)
- Have real experience in narrative writing, copywriting, biography writing, or a closely related field
- Can run a conversation, not just conduct an interrogation
- Have a sharp eye for typos and inconsistencies
- Can manage your own time and hit deadlines
- Have a reliable internet connection
- Have a quiet space for video calls
