Job Summary
Narrative Lead role in Hong Kong for Futubull's brand storytelling and copywriting in Cantonese. Lead the in-house narrative craft across marketing, product, and brand communications, shaping culturally fluent Cantonese narratives rooted in Hong Kong culture. Senior creative expected to own the narrative standard, mentor junior creatives, drive end-to-end campaign ideation and delivery across channels (OOH, digital, video, on-ground activation), and persuade audiences to engage with financial brands. Requires 10+ years as a Cantonese copy-based creative, portfolio demonstrating high-level conceptual thinking and Cantonese writing craft, leadership experience, and the ability to deliver performance-focused storytelling that balances creativity with commercial impact. Bonus for fintech/finance experience and bilingual English-Cantonese campaigns; familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Cantonese copy-based creative with 10+ years experience
- Portfolio demonstrating Cantonese writing craft rooted in Hong Kong culture
- Experience leading and mentoring junior creatives
- Strong communication and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders
- Comfort with fintech/finance content and ability to balance creativity with clarity and compliance
- Ability to work across Cantonese and English campaigns
- Experience with filmic storytelling and production from ideation to execution
- Knowledge of brand architecture and tone-of-voice frameworks
