Job Summary
NAPA Store Lead on the floor delivers outstanding customer service, supports daily operations, inventory control, and sales execution. Acts as working leader, coaches Parts Professionals and Deliver Drivers, assists with scheduling and task delegation, and steps in as acting leader in the absence of the Location Manager. Requires strong customer service, problem-solving, verbal/written communication, basic to intermediate computer and POS skills, and a willingness to pursue ASE certification. Must be able to stand for extended periods, have a valid driver’s license, and lift at least 75 pounds. Occasional travel may be needed.
