Job Summary
Answer customer and internal calls promptly while providing accurate product information and assisting with auto part selections. Quote prices competitively, upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue, and work toward individual sales targets. Oversee purchasing and inventory forecasting, manage liquidation processes, and accurately process orders with proper documentation. Monitor sales performance metrics, escalate issues to ensure satisfaction, and coordinate fulfillment across departments. Maintain high standards of accuracy in all transactions and adhere to company policies. Requires five years in customer service or inventory management, knowledge of NAPA products and software, and ability to travel occasionally to Sigourney, Iowa.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five years' experience in Customer Service, Inventory Management, or Auto Industry
- Knowledge or experience in purchasing and building price profiles
- Knowledge of NAPA Products and Software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and order management software
- Customer service excellence

- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to calculate Min/Max for Stores
- Must be able to travel to Sigourney, Iowa occasionally

- Should be comfortable remaining in a stationary position for several hours of the day
