Job Summary
NAPA Operations Support role within NAPA Parts at Sinclair Tractor. Responsibilities include answering customer and internal calls, providing accurate product and policy information, helping customers select auto parts, quoting prices with competitive pricing strategies, upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue, overseeing purchasing and inventory planning (including forecasting high-demand parts and budgeting), managing liquidation processes and asset preparation for sales, pursuing individual and team sales targets, promoting high-margin products, monitoring sales performance metrics, processing orders with proper documentation, confirming inventory availability and coordinating fulfillment, communicating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes, sharing feedback to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, and adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five years’ experience in Customer Service, Inventory Management, or Auto Industry
- Knowledge or experience in purchasing and building price profiles
- Knowledge of NAPA Products and Software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and order management software

- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to calculate Min/Max for Stores
- Must be able to travel to Sigourney, Iowa occasionally
