NAPA Auto Parts Assistant Store Manager

Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operation of the Napa Auto Parts store; open/close as required, lead daily store activities, drive sales growth, ensure exceptional customer service, manage inventory, promote safety, and provide coaching and performance guidance to employees. Deliver outstanding customer service, help customers locate automotive parts and related products, resolve concerns professionally, support sales initiatives, build relationships with customers and local businesses, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Also assist with cash handling, deposits, receiving, stock, pricing, and merchandising, including propane-cylinder filling/recertification, while upholding policies and safety programs.
