Job Summary
Provide engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s growth and development; create a warm, safe, and fun environment for each child in your care; build professional relationships with families to deliver high-quality childcare; communicate openly with families and the SAH team to ensure consistency and support; respond to the emotional, social, and physical needs of each child while ensuring safety and well-being; provide transportation for outings, activities, and errands; 30 hours/week, Monday–Friday 9:00am–3:00pm, in Flat Rock, MI.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of childcare experience
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proof of Auto Registration and Insurance
- Maintain availability for at least two full weekdays (Monday–Friday). A full day is defined as a minimum of eight hours of consecutive availability between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
