Job Summary
Provide engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's growth and development while creating a warm, safe, and fun environment for each child in your care. Build professional relationships with families to deliver high-quality childcare, communicate openly to ensure consistency, and respond to the emotional, social, and physical needs of every child. Provide transportation for outings, activities, and errands, ensuring children arrive safely and on time. Maintain availability for at least two full weekdays between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM. This role offers flexible morning shifts with 32-40 hours per week and includes benefits eligibility after 12 months of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of childcare experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- An undeniable positive, can-do attitude
- Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proof of Auto Registration and Insurance
- Maintain availability for at least two full weekdays (Monday–Friday). A full day is defined as a minimum of eight hours of consecutive availability between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
