Job Summary
Lead a team in analyzing experimental process flows to identify defect anomalies and quarantine out-of-control tools while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Manage internal projects and cross-functional collaborations with process integration, data science, and yield analysis to accelerate technology transfer and solve inspection issues. Develop detection techniques, establish metrics for program health, and synthesize opportunities from technical meetings to align global sites on best practices. Investigate root causes of process anomalies using data analysis and statistical modeling to drive systematic and random defect improvements.
Required Qualifications
- PhD/Masters in Applied Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics or Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- 6-8 years RDA experience in the semiconductor industry working in the process development for Equipment/Applications
- 6 - 8 years of experience in RDA Defect, semiconductor optical and electron beam inspection methods and e-beam technologies
- Exposure in various tools like Klarity, JMP
- deep understanding of defect mechanisms leading to failures
- Proven track record in innovating and drive effective change in an energizing environment
- Has shown combination of flexibility and tenacity in the pursuit of goals
- Excellent technical, communication, and analytical skills
- Should be comfortable using AI tools
