Job Summary
As a Named Hunter Account Executive at Databricks, you will own and advance the sales cycle in enterprise accounts, building account strategy, identifying use cases, and coordinating cross-functional teams to close new business while managing a robust pipeline. You will engage CIOs and key decision-makers, articulate complex cloud technologies and the Databricks data platform value, and drive opportunities from prospecting through to closure, with accelerators above 100% quota and a focus on growing existing customers. The role requires deep experience in opensource, data platform, or cloud infrastructure direct sales, a track record of hitting targets for new logo acquisition and growth, and the ability to articulate technical and business value to customers and partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years experience in opensource, data platform or cloud infrastructure direct sales positions
- Demonstrated successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets for new logo acquisition and customer growth
