Namaste (Dementia Care) Activity Care Partner (Part Time)

Namaste Care Activity Partner plans, develops, and implements a diversified Namaste Care activity program for residents with dementia, works in collaboration with the Namaste Team, and guides staff and volunteers. Responsibilities include creating monthly calendars, coordinating activities spaces and materials, scheduling and maintaining records for volunteers and outside contract services (e.g., musicians), documenting assessments and attendance, ensuring compliance with Williamsburg Landing policies, and participating in professional development trainings. The role requires knowledge of dementia and therapeutic programming, ability to work independently and as part of a team, basic computer skills, and the potential to obtain Certified Dementia Practitioner certification within six months of employment. Schedule is 8:30am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday, in Williamsburg, VA.
