Job Summary
Senior Program Officer for NAM Leadership Consortium responsible for providing intellectual and programmatic guidance, leading the NAM LHS Strategy Group activities, and coordinating Consortium Member programming. Drives project development, management and administration; steward sponsor relationships and funding; oversee financial management; prepare background papers, technical summaries, and publications; manage dissemination of reports; supervise staff; and engage with federal, state, and local government agencies, foundations, sponsors, and external organizations. Requires strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to lead diverse stakeholder work, and experience in data science/AI topics relevant to health policy and LHS domains. Hybrid office/telecommute with expected onsite 60% and occasional travel; compensation range $105,230 - $164,420.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field or equivalent knowledge
- Six years of related professional experience, two of which involving supervisory responsibilities
- Demonstrated capacity for on-time, on-budget delivery of results
- Ability to convey scientific, technical, and/or policy information in verbal and written form
