Job Summary
Team Lead – HR Operations (Employee Lifecycle Management) for NAM and MEA, overseeing end-to-end ELCM delivery, data quality, and transformation initiatives. Owns night-shift HR operations, data governance across Workday, master data, and complex transactions (job changes, transfers, compensation, onboarding/offboarding). Leads a 10–15 person HR Service Specialists team, drives SLA/KPI achievement, process standardization, and automation, and partners with HRBPs, Payroll, and global HR teams to ensure scalable, compliant service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
