Job Summary
Lead deployment of electrical safety strategy across NAM Transformers, serve as SME for electrical safety across transformer manufacturing sites, ensure compliance with NFPA/OSHA/IEC standards, conduct audits and risk assessments, provide guidance on LOTO, arc flash, PPE, and energized work practices, train and mentor HSE teams and leaders, analyze safety data to identify trends and prioritize improvements, and collaborate on capital projects to embed safety from design to commissioning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in electrical or industrial safety roles
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC, OSHA/CSA, UL, and IEC standards
- Ability to influence in a matrixed organization
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America
