Provide guests with manicure and/or pedicure services using Shellac and Dazzle Dry; educate guests on products, techniques, and after-care; maintain a clean workstation; participate in ongoing education to stay current on products and services; collaborate with a team to deliver a Five-Star guest experience and Daymaking through warm engagement and authentic service; maintain client records and contribute to shop-level operations and growth; strong customer service, product knowledge, and willingness to learn and be coached.
