Job Summary
Deliver professional nail, skin, and hair care services while meeting personal service and retail sales goals. Acknowledge clients promptly, build a client base by recruiting new requests and maintaining client cards, and prescribe appropriate retail products. Respond professionally to customer service issues and complaints, ensuring all work areas meet State Board Regulations. Perform basic housekeeping duties including cleaning and stocking, and maintain an updated professional appearance. Participate in ongoing in-house and external education on products, services, and industry trends. Maintain a valid board-certified license and work in a high-volume Belk salon location within the Southeast.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current board certified license
- Ability to use computer keyboard, standard telephone and other related business equipment
- Ability to work with chemicals and chemical compounds
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must possess a valid and current board certified license
- Meeting salon guidelines for attendance and tardiness
- Maintaining an updated professional appearance and meets the salon dress code

- Two to five years experience in the cosmetology or cosmetic industry preferred
