Job Summary
As a Nail Technician at Four Seasons Chicago, deliver professional nail care treatments including manicures, pedicures, polish changes, paraffin dips, and specialty nail services aligned with Four Seasons’ luxury standards. Educate guests on proper nail care, promote spa services and retail products, maintain a pristine, sanitized work area, and assist with reception duties and locker-room upkeep. Utilize spa software to manage appointments and records; collaborate with colleagues to support overall spa operations and uphold safety procedures. Requires national certification or license as a Nail Technician and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness setting, with excellent English communication and a professional demeanor. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
